First floor (flight of stairs - no elevator), overlooking a small inner courtyard, making the apartment very quiet. The limited direct natural light is balanced with a quality lighting system and vibrant interior design, rich in details. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops (groceries, gourmet, vintage fashion), and most famous monuments and museums are within walking distance.
The Space
Apartment divided into two areas with loft beds. Accessing the sleeping areas requires climbing stairs to the lofts. Not suitable for people with mobility issues or very young children.
ROOM 1: Entrance from the patio, kitchenette, living area with sofa and TV. Loft with two single beds (190x80 cm).
ROOM 2: Office, bathroom, loft with a double bed (160x190 cm).
To access the bathroom from Room 1, you must pass through Room 2.
Additional Notes
There are stairs leading to the lofts, so it is not suitable for very young children or people with mobility issues.

This place was absolutely amazing! It was so clean, the aesthetic was so cool. I wish I would have been able to stay longer. The hosts are incredible, so responsive and so very nice. The location is great, walkable distance to everything. As a plus, they have luggage storage for you to comfortably enjoy the day even after checkout. This place was lovely, if I return to Rome I’d def sent again. 10/10 recommend.
